Arne Slot is keen on a move for France midfielder Adrien Rabiot regardless of whether Martin Zubimendi completes his move from Real Sociedad.

A deal for the Spain star is set to be completed in the coming days and despite Liverpool looking well-stocked in the midfield department, Slot is still eager to strike a deal with Juventus for former Manchester United target Rabiot.

Meanwhile, Barcelona appear to be the latest club keen on having a conversation with Trent Alexander-Arnold as the England full back and sometime midfielder enters the last 12 months of his contract amid interest from Real Madrid. And Fabio Carvalho is set to complete a deal to Premier League rivals Brentford.

Liverpool remain unconcerned about the prospect of losing Trent Alexander-Arnold, despite continued reports of interest from Real Madrid and Barcelona.
