GOOD DEAL  🚨🚨Chelsea propose unique loan package to Arsenal in a bid to sell 23-year-old ace in January

Chelsea have offered star winger Mykhailo Mudryk to Arsenal in an attractive loan proposal commencing in January.

The 23-year-old was on the Gunner’s radar in the previous transfer window before signing for the Blues in a £89 million move from Shakhtar Donetsk in 2023.

But he hardly got any gametime in his bag, just 81 minutes in three appearances in the Premier League this season. He was given a chance to showcase his progress against Gent in the UEFA Conference League clash.

But at this moment, it is difficult for him to break into manager Enzo Maresca’s starting XI. Chelsea wants to make things work with the Ukrainian winger but are running out of time.

They have spent a fortune on Mudryk, and hence, they need to extract at least some of that fee via a loan move.

CHELSEA WILLING TO LET ARSENAL HAVE MUDRYK

As per reports by Football Fanatic News, the West London outfit has offered him to Arsenal in an 18-month loan deal. They owe £10m per season fee to the winger’s previous club and want potential suitors to cover that amount in his weekly wages.

He currently pockets £100k per week at Stamford Bridge. However, adding the extra fee, the Gunners would need to pay up to £300k for Mudryk.

The offer might sound interesting, but the wage structure can disrupt Arsenal’s financial books. No doubt they once wanted to sign the Ukrainian star and were very close to getting him.

But none of their current players earn such hefty wages. Kai Havertz remains the highest-earning player in the squad, pocketing £280k per week.

The Gunners will be sceptical of splashing a record salary on a player who is going through a rough patch. He could be in a better situation under Mikel Arteta, but only if the North London outfit pays an acceptable amount for the attacker.

Mudryk started in a 4-2 win over Gent and got an assist to his name. He looked really brought, and that’s because of the efforts he put in the training session before the match day. The 23-year-old was seen practicing even after all his teammates left.

He still lacks confidence due to his erratic decision-making in the final third. There is no denying his talent, but his positioning, inability to maintain possession, and work rate have been questioned. Other inform players like Pedro Neto and Jadon Sancho are ahead of him in the pecking order.

Even Estevao Willian and Kendry Paez might get a breakthrough soon, and that might further affect Mudryk’s status at the club.

Arteta is fond of signing players who aren’t able to click at their club. He knows a thing or two about how to extract the best from them. He did it with Havertz, who was once unable to consistently perform at Chelsea.
