Arsenal might be without 4 of their first team players in a trip to their local rivals Chelsea this weekend. Gunners are currently second on the league table with 20 points before the international break.

Mikel Arteta is also facing the same injury crises Chelsea and Manchester United are currently facing.

French defender Saliba is recovering well from his toe injury according to reports. The talented defender could not join the rest of the french team due to the toe injury.

Saliba is expected to be fit enough to face Chelsea this weekend at Stamford Bridge.

Bukayo Saka

Arsenal star Saka is likely to miss Chelsea match despite missing out on the England national team. The talented player is yet to recover fully from the harmstring injury and might miss the Chelsea match due to match fitness.

Timber

Arsenal summer signing Timber is currently injured and will miss Chelsea match due to the injury he sustained at the beginning of the season.

Timber is expected to return to Arsenal first team training towards the end of December or early January 2024.

Trossard

Belgium star Trossard is another talented star who might not be available for selection against Chelsea. Trossard is currently injured.

Arsenal will be bidding to continue with their strong start to the new English Premier League season when they face Chelsea this weekend in West London.

The Gunners will be going into the high-profile encounter off the back of their impressive 1-0 win over Manchester City in their previous league game before the International break, and they will be looking for another win over the Blues to keep up with the pace of the league title race.

Injury List:

Arsenal could be going into this weekend’s clash with Chelsea without the services of some of their key players, who are currently undergoing treatment for their respective injuries.

Bukayo Saka missed the Gunner’s previous game due to an injury he picked up a few weeks ago, and the Englishman is also a major doubt for the London Derby.

William Saliba is also a major doubt for the Premier League game against Chelsea, following the toe injury he sustained against Manchester City before the International break.

Leandro Trossard could also miss the trip to West London on Saturday due to the hamstring injury he sustained against City.

Jurrien Timber is still undergoing treatment for the career-threatening knee injury he sustained against Nottingham Forest in August, and he will not be available for the London Derby.
