Kostas Tsimikas has shared a photo of Thiago as the Spaniard prepares to make his long-awaited return to this Liverpool side.

Kostas Tsimikas has further hinted that Thiago could be on his way to a Liverpool return sooner rather than later.

We exclusively revealed that Thiago trained alone on Christmas Day as he steps up his recovery.

It is believed that the Spaniard could return to action this month, although will likely be toward the end of January.

Taking to Instagram, Kostas Tsimikas has shared a selfie of Thiago and himself presumably getting some treatment at the AXA.

The pair look in good spirits as they attempt to help the squad push for major honours.

Fabinho recently explained how he feels Thiago has been contributing even while not playing.

However, Thiago’s return will make a big difference to Liverpool’s fortunes – even if he’s still helping while injured.

The 32-year-old is going on 9 months without an appearance in the Red of Liverpool, so hopefully he returns in the next week.
