The latest Arsenal and Tottenham transfer news as the Wolves man has been linked with a move to both clubs this summer despite an injury hit 2023/24 campaign.

Reported Tottenham and Arsenal transfer target Pedro Neto has previously revealed that he used to support the Gunners when he was growing up.

Neto has been a name linked with a move to north London for some time, with both Tottenham and Arsenal credited with an interest in the current transfer window. Wolves are however keen to keep hold of him and may no longer need to cash in following the £40 million sale of Max Kilman to West Ham.

Neto has impressed since moving to Molineux from Lazio back in the summer of 2019. But his last three seasons have been disrupted by injury after suffering a serious knee injury towards the end of the 2020/21 campaign.

That has not stopped clubs from taking an interest in current and past transfer windows. With both Arsenal and Tottenham linked with the 24-year-old, it could come down to a transfer battle between the two clubs.

And it seems that Arsenal could have the edge over their north London rivals. “When I was a kid growing up watching English football, my favourite team was Arsenal, Neto told talkSPORT back in 2021.

“Because with Arsene Wenger, I thought besides winning trophies they played very good football. I’m with Wolverhampton and am very happy! Of course, it’s the best club in England now.”
