Arsenal midfielder Thomas Partey Thomas Partey could leave Arsenal this summer The transfer window is not officially open yet (unless you’re reading this on or after June 14, 2024, in which case it is) and Arsenal’s hearts are already broken.

The pursuit of Benjamin Sesko, who would still be a brilliant striker fighting for his place in the summer, is over.
He will remain at RB Leipzig for the 2024/25 season despite protests and the club’s interest growing even higher.
But the real business is about to begin.
Euro 2024 and the Copa America will take centre stage in what will be an entertaining and epic summer.
Sesko won’t be a part of it, but he’s a curtain raiser and a supporting player during a 10-week stretch that will have plenty of twists and turns.
Who will be Arsenal’s new striker?
Arsenal is about to have a new striker?
Can anyone sign for the release of Declan Rice?
And who will end up with Aaron Ramsdale?
These are just some of the questions that remain unanswered and it may be months before we know the results.
Here, football.london tries to find out all before the game actually kicks off.
Sesko’s new price He cannot stay out of the transfer headlines.
Reports in Germany say he will be allowed to leave for just £63m next summer, despite signing a new contract that theoretically keeps him at RB Leipzig until 2029.
It is expected predict that the Slovenian striker will then be on his way to another club.
This summer, although his contract no longer has a release clause, many teams want his signature.
Unlike the £55m he got this year, Leipzig have used the contract opportunity to increase the price.
