Arsenal are interested in signing Real Madrid forward Rodrygo who could be available this summer due to the arrival of Kylian

Arsenal are reportedly eyeing a move for Brazilian forward Rodrygo, who has recently expressed uncertainty about his future at Real Madrid. This potential transfer interest comes as Kylian Mbappé is expected to join Los Blancos after announcing his departure from Paris Saint-Germain at the end of the season.

The French captain’s anticipated arrival could trigger several departures from the Santiago Bernabéu this summer.

Real Madrid are also set to welcome Brazilian teenage sensation Endrick from Palmeiras, touted as one of the brightest young talents in world football. With Mbappé’s transfer seemingly imminent, the Spanish giants may offload some attacking talent to make room, and one such player drawing attention is Rodrygo.

Rodrygo has flourished into a top attacking talent since his arrival at Real Madrid in 2019, but he now finds himself potentially on the transfer market. Reports from Defensa Central, via Sport in Spain, suggest that Real Madrid have placed a hefty price tag of €100-120 million on Rodrygo, attracting interest from several European clubs, including Arsenal.

Amid Mbappé’s expected move to Madrid, Arsenal see an unexpected opportunity to strengthen their squad, though it comes with significant financial implications. The potential signing of Rodrygo could further enhance Arsenal’s attacking options, but the high cost may be a deterrent.

Real Madrid’s willingness to part ways with the 23-year-old winger appears to be part of a broader strategy to restructure their squad for Mbappé’s integration. While there is no official confirmation yet, the speculation has caught the attention of several top clubs. Manchester United, Liverpool, and Manchester City are reportedly monitoring the situation alongside Arsenal.
