Mikel Arteta could be without as many as four players when Arsenal lock horns with Manchester City on March 31. The Gunners will welcome Pep Guardiola’s side to the Emirates Stadium after the international break, with three crucial points up for grabs in the Premier League title race.

Gabriel will miss two games for his country over the break; a clash against England at Wembley on Saturday, March 23, and Spain at the Santiago Bernabeu on Tuesday,

He’s still to be assessed by Arsenal staff and, with the Brazil fixtures friendlies, Júnior and his staff were happy for him to return to London Colney. Thomas Partey has also trained at London 

The 30-year-old midfielder will not be joining up with the Ghana squad for the upcoming international break. An official statement from the Ghana FA claimed he had ‘asked to be excused from the game to gain full fitness following recent injuries’. understands however.
