Arsenal played another game in the English Premier League today when they visited the Turf Moor Stadium to face a struggling Burnley side on Saturday afternoon. Prior to this encounter, the Gunners had an impressive four-game winning streak in the competition which they looked to extend by defeating this out-of-form Burnley team.

Arsenal broke the deadlock with just four minutes of football action in the first half of the match as Martin Odegaard drove a powerful low effort into the back of the net to make the scoreline 1-0. Bukayo Saka extended Arsenal’s lead in the 41st minute of the game as he scored from the penalty spot to make the scoreline 2-0 at Burnley at halftime.

The Gunners needed just two minutes of football action in the second interval to extend their lead as Bukayo Saka found the back of the net with a brilliant strike to get his brace against Burnley. Leandro Trossard and Kai Havertz both scored in the 66th and 78th minute respectively to hand Arsenal an emphatic 5-0 win over Burnley at full-time.

Liverpool on the other hand secured their second consecutive win in the Premier League today when they took on Brentford at the Brentford Community Stadium. The Anfield Giants came out with an astonishing performance in the game as they ruthlessly thrashed Burnley 4-1 thanks to goals from Mohamed Salah, Darwin Nunez, Cody Gakpo, and Alexis Mac Alister.
