Arsenal men and women squad 2023/24 players, contracts, transfer fees, salaries for Premier League club

Arsenal continue to go from strength to strength under the management of Mikel Arteta and sporting director Edu.

The Gunners secured second spot in the Premier League during the 2022/23 campaign, returning to the Champions League for the first time since 2017.

Although many fans will be disappointed to not end the season with the league title, this young team still have a lot of room for growth as they continue to shine at Emirates Stadium.

The Sporting News looks at the Arsenal players contracted for the 2023/24 season.

Arsenal squad 2023/24

Arsenal already eased a few doubts before the start of next season, extending the contracts of Aaron Ramsdale and Bukayo Saka. Other key players such as Gabriel Martinelli, Gabriel Jesus and Gabriel Magalhaes are all contracted at the club until 2027.

Arteta will also have promising talents returning from loan spells ahead of the new season. Folarin Balogun‘s time as Reims has come to and end while Albert Sambi Lokonga and Marquinhos came back from other English teams. All are expected to be loaned out or sold.

In the transfer market, they have made significant moves, signing Declan Rice for a club-record fee as well as Kai Havertz and Jurrien Timber. Goalkeeper David Raya has also joined from Brentford on an initial loan deal.

How Arsenal were built

Arteta has signed 21 players from the current Arsenal squad, including captain Martin Odegaard from Real Madrid after a successful loan spell. His most recent signings were Declan RiceJurrien Timber and Kai Havertz, after January deals for Jorginho, Jakub Kiwior and Leandro Trossard.
