Let us begin with the number of goal involvements. Saka (a Nigerian-born English boy) has scored 4 goals and made as many assists in the Premiership this season. On the hand, Doku (a Ghanaian-born Belgium international) is credited with 2 goals and 5 assists so far. Meanwhile, the Arsenal star boy has one header to his credit whereas his counterpart is yet to score with the head. Their goal attempts amount to 14 (in 11 games) and 11 (in 9 games) respectively. This gives averages of 1.3 and 1.2 per match. This makes Saka a better goal poacher on the average.

When one considers their contribution to the team, it is found out that Saka has created more chances (27) than Doku (15). This is equivalent to 2.57 and 2.46 respectively per 90 minutes of EPL action. Meanwhile, the English boy is not as good a dribbler as the Belgian. The latter is the joint best dribbler so far among the winger in the English top flight with 31 complete take-ons to his name. This is nearly double the number of dribbles completed by his counterpart from Arsenal.

In one versus one situations, the Nigerian-born winger has proven to be among the best. He has won 67 ground duels and 10 aerial duels. These contrast with 62 and 1 respectively from the Ghanaian-born player. The former has also made twice as many crosses (6) as the latter (3).

A look at their relative contributions to defence shows that Bukayo has won 15 tackles and made 52 recoveries while his counterpart has made only 11 successful tackles and 28 recoveries. Overall, the Opta performance index of Saka stands at 78 while that of Doku is 72. This makes the former a better player overall.
